Luminary Solutions  Press Release

Luminary marks successful first year and expands into new offices

LEEDS, UK February 2005 - Luminary Solutions, the UK supplier of Corporate Performance Management and system integration solutions, has just marked its successful first year by moving to new and significantly larger offices in Leeds.

Founded in September 2003, Luminary has just released the results for its first year of trading. Services revenue was over £1.2m and the company posted a profit, building cash reserves. Luminary now has over 20 employees, and its new premises in Leeds' Pavilion Business Park represent a significant expansion.

Neil Warnock, founder Director of Luminary commented: "We are really pleased to have delivered these fantastic results. To grow organically from a standing start to over £1.2m turnover in a year - profitably - means we have significantly overachieved on our business plan. This is an opportunity to bring forward our plans to invest in the R&D of business control solutions and application integration tools. I believe we have delivered on the trust our customers placed in us, and we have clearly demonstrated that we can add real value to their businesses."

He added "Our new offices represent a significant investment for us and mean we can offer our customers and people excellent facilities for development and training. I would like to thank the New Technology Institute, West Yorkshire, who provided us with valuable support during this early growth stage."

Mike Prollins, Luminary's Chairman said: "These results - and the investment we can make in our new office facilities - are down to the dedication of our management team and our people. During this year we have put together an exceptional team of people to deliver for our customers. The volume of repeat business speaks for itself."
